When I found Linet I was struggling with self-esteem issues because I was living in a foreign environment. As we talked I started feeling warmth and harmony in my heart. The sessions helped me process my past relationship more and gave me an outlet to talk. I was very unsecure when it came to dating. I avoided going out on dates. The biggest insight was that a date doesn't mean the world. Linet recommended to see it as a "social experiment" and to enjoy it regardless of the potential outcome. With that in mind I could reduce all the stress and insecurity around it and show up 100% how I am. It's not a weakness but very brave to get help and often it needs just a shift of perspective to overcome obstacles. Yes! I liked your friendly, warm and respectful coaching style. You asked open and probing questions without being "pushy"
